Animal and test-tube studies have shown that withaferin, a bioactive compound in Ashwagandha, promotes the death of tumor cells and may be effective against several types of cancer.

I’ve been a little on edge lately because of, well, 2020, and this already has been a “chill-pill” for me! I’ve personally chosen to stop taking antidepressants after getting tired of the side effects but knew I needed to help manage my chemical balance naturally so this is a great tool in my tool box that’s helping me deal with stress and maintain a sense of equilibrium. The purity and taste is exquisite.
